Wild Rose Medicine

How Care Works

Our sliding-scale model is designed to support consistent, high-quality integrative care for members of the North Lake Tahoe community — regardless of financial circumstances.

A Model Built on Trust

Wild Rose Medicine is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit clinic. Sliding-scale pricing is not a discount — it is the foundation of how we practice. Healing requires consistency, and consistency must be financially possible.

When you come to Wild Rose Medicine, you select a rate within a set range that reflects your current financial reality. Those who are able to contribute at the higher tiers help sustain access to care for others in our community. There is no income verification, no paperwork, and no judgment. This model is built on trust and community support.

Follow-up acupuncture treatments range from $85–$185. Initial visits range from $145–$245. Rates are selected within a three-tier sliding scale.

"Through our sliding-scale model, each patient contributes at a level that reflects their current resources — helping sustain access to care across our community."
